TOU

Terms of Use - Crazy Cat Lady Designz - Applies to all my products except scrapkits
July 2014

All of my script file names begin with CCLD or AHC- please leave that intact

All of my scripts - including the freebies are for personal or professional (commercial)
use.  I only request that you put me, as the author of the script and the creator of the original
design in your credits and a link to my blog listed below

CU use means that you can use my scripts & templates
to create something for profit or not for profit.  You can give away or sell as PU only.
However, it does NOT mean that you can sell or give as a freebie the actual script or template.  The copyright for the script & template itself belongs to me.

If you want to make CU4CU items you will need my CU4CU license.

You May:

• Change these images to fit your personal style, size color and preference
• Use these images for personal use. (in your scrapbook layout, cards, or other crafts)
• Use these images for S4H/S4O
• Use these images for commercial use only
however my products should not constitute more than 50% of your total end product
• They can be resold in your kits and projects but you may not use to make other CU items.

**My specially marked stand alone cu4cu templates (not the ones that come packaged with my scripts) can be used to
make scripts, actions, brushes, etc (License Required)

You May NOT:

- You may not repackage or resize my original products and claim them as your own
- A freebie should not consist of more than 50% of my elements
- Copy, and/or redistribute either in whole or in part
- Put these items on a disc to sell or give away to anyone else, or into an online storage
- Claim any of these designs as your own.
- Use Scripts or CU Only items for CU4CU

Please do not share the scripts & templates that you have purchased, I keep my prices very reasonable
so that everyone has a chance to purchase.  Please do not share my freebies directly -
send them to my blog and they can download from there.
